Welcome to the website for the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One Clerk’s Office.

Division One of the Court of Appeals has jurisdiction over cases originating in eight of the state’s fifteen counties:  Apache, Coconino, La Paz, Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Yavapai, and Yuma.  Division One reviews judgments entered by the Superior Court, the Arizona Tax Court, the Industrial Commission, the Corporation Commission, and other state commissions and boards.

The Clerk’s Office files, tracks and maintains documents for all cases filed in the court. The Clerk’s Office is also responsible for making case information and court decisions available to the public and providing assistance to judicial staff.

Most of the documents filed in our court are available for public inspection. Upon request, we will make copies of these documents. If you would like to review documents and/or have copies made, please review our Court Files information or contact our office for more information.
