The Court normally issues its decisions on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  It will notify counsel or a self-represented party by email when it issues a decision in a particular case.  Current decisions, and those going back to 2007, are searchable and posted here.    The decisions posted include opinions, memorandum decisions and decision orders.  Some opinions prior to  2007 can be found here, organized by case category.  These earlier opinions  are not currently available through the search tool.
